My fire for real estate was ignited in an off topic conversation with a high school science teacher asking if anyone wanted to be hired to help him renovate a property he purchased and planned to turn into a rental.  A spark was lit that would burn on through graduation, buying my first home to house hack at 19, marrying my high school sweet heart, 5 kids, 7 homes or flips, a 20 year career in residential construction, and a growing portfolio of rental properties.  Still burning as I venture into the next phase as an agent.  Here we go!
